We are happy to work either on a Fixed Fee basis or to work within the Legal Commission’s prescribed rates.

Fixed Fee for Process served at any MK or OX postcode just £50 incl.*

Fixed Fee for Process served in England or Wales just £80 incl.*

* includes Statement/Certificate of Service & vat.

Should an Affidavit of Service be required, then this will attract a Swear Fee of £5 + £2 per Exhibit, however we try to bundle together just 1 Exhibit.

Should you require Notarized documents, then the typical Swear Fee charged by Notaries vary between £80 – £120.

Agent to Agent Instructions are very welcome at agency rates.

We also offer a Debtor Tracing service. We work on a No Trace, No Fee basis and our positive fee for this service is just £60.
